Hi guys,

I forgot about the new forum! I have replaced rings, bearings, head gasket most of the seals. Seems like the oil rings were worn, and the cause of the smoking. engine sounds good and busy driving it in. there is an oil leak we just can't find. looks like the oil runs down the crank position sensors wire from the top somewhere. Just can't find the cause of the leak

Hi guys,

Replaced the turbo housing on my gt28, from AR .64 to .49

This is the power on the wheels. My wmi didn't work either still need to fix it. Just over 1 bar boost.

I need to go to the track, but still have oil leak. Will try and do 1/4 run with phone software and see what I get.

Yurz,

Is there anyway to mod the autobox. Up the oil pressures or locking torque converter. I think it is slipping abit on high revs and when changing gears. Power is getting too much for it lol

Hi. As far as I know, hi-power gearboxes has no torque converter locking (for example, A340Es for 1/2jz turbo are modified in Russia).

Although, slipping prevents shafts breaking during the shifting.

I find it hard to believe that it is possible without genuine oil pump modification.

I suppose Yurz uses the stock one.
